I've never worked in a Starbucks that was fully ADA compliant. Honestly Starbucks would never hire someone with a physical disability that requires mobility assistance. Can't get a wheelchair behind bar in the first place, let alone trying to reach everything and be fast while in a chair.

This is anecdotal, but when I was on a cane for an injury, they didn't even want to schedule me to be on the floor. When I *was* on schedule, they fought tooth and nail to deny me my request of staying planted on POS and in a chair.

Yeah, Starbucks really does interpret "reasonable accommodation" in the least accommodating way possible.

Yes however our handicap parking is always taken but a kind asshole who does not need it
