If anyone ever orders more than 6-7 drinks in the drive through we ask them to park and we bring the drinks to their car so we can get to the next guest.

we legit have a six drink limit at my drive thru and we tell them once they hit drink 5 or 6 that if they want more they can come into the cafe

Ugh…that is awful we had someone place a 25 items order in DT, about 13 drinks and the rest food, and we thought that was bad. Like please come in or mobile order. If getting the drinks out to your car is the issue I’d rather have you come in and we can offer to help, but there is absolutely no need to place this kind of order in the drive thru.

Wow! I can’t believe your shift didn’t tell them they have to place the order in the cafe. One time I pranked my SM who was on DTO by asking for 30 fraps and she immediately was like uhhhh no you cant order that in the drive thru. I laughed and told her I was kidding but she doesn’t let people order double digits if cafe is open!

Times like this make me miss the days when you wouldn't get caught spitting in a drink. What a fuckwad. You order huge ass orders in advance! Don't make other people wait because you're too lazy to call them and order. Or use the fucking app.

I had to make a 13 item food order yesterday for the drive, then right after that a 16 item food order for Cafe... burned myself twice and I think I scared our poor little new green bean
