how is starbucks with extended periods of time off? i work in my college town and i’m thinking ahead for winter break… i really wanted to be home for the whole month. idk how that works and i also don’t know if taking that much time off would get me fired 😳

So I also work in a college town you are only allowed to request a month off at most on partner hub.

Try to talk to your SM about a leave of absence. We have a couple people at my store doing it for the same reason you’re having.

It's with asking for, but it might be too late to get a whole month off. Lots of people will be asking to go home. Especially if you work in a college town. Worst that can happen is your boss says no, so you'll be no worse than you are right now. But ask immediately!
