I work at a fairly busy starbucks that gets quite a few mobile orders in the morning, the mobile bar is also the cafe bar. I know with the new system when you pull a mobile sticker it notifies the customer their drink is being worked on. When I get busy in cafe I have to pull mobile stickers and set them next to the bar to be able to serve cafe customers but I have mobile people who walk in immediately after they see their drink is “being worked on” or rather sitting on the counter because we are so busy. Have any other baristas had this problem? How do you deal with these insane mobile people and balance cafe? Help 😩
