Realistic Expectations? (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by livelyliar9805
I decided to apply for a position I have no experience for but aced the interview with communication skills I guess?
So I have no Starbucks experience aside from my mother working there for several years a few towns over when I was younger. My resume isn’t dazzling by any means I have experience running a small custom knife hobby shop with my dad from home. That’s about it as far as anything management related so obviously (sarcasm) I somehow got hired on as a shift lead despite
I’m really excited, having a lot of fun, and enjoying my time in the store with our customers. I’m most of the way through my barista basics, and have been told I’m doing amazing. I’m feeling a bit out of my element, so what has me coming to Reddit is all of you and your personal experiences. I was wondering what are some realistic expectations of what’s to come with being a shift lead. Any and all information helps! Much love y’all
