I decided to apply for a position I have no experience for but aced the interview with communication skills I guess?
So I have no Starbucks experience aside from my mother working there for several years a few towns over when I was younger. My resume isn’t dazzling by any means I have experience running a small custom knife hobby shop with my dad from home. I’m really excited, having a lot of fun, and enjoying my time in the store with our customers. I’m most of the way through my barista basics, and have been told I’m doing amazing. I’m feeling a bit out of my element, so what has me coming to Reddit is all of you and your personal experiences.
