So today a guy ordered a coffee and a cookie. I was on pos/support and we had a warming who was a bit backed up with a fairly large order. He comes up to me after about two minutes and very angrily goes " what do you have someone baking the cookie back there or something?! " and I very calmly and extremely politely say. " oh yes sir we have someone that is stationed at the ovens and she's making it now for you " snd then went about doing my job/s
