Two weeks short of 5 years, I just couldn't take it anymore. I loved the store I started at, but I had to move and the one I transferred to, no way. I got a new (salaried) job and hung up the apron and visor for good.
Just remember, if you love the Bux life that's great, but there's always options.

I'm afraid you'll lose out on some stock vesting leaving just prior to your anniversary date. Any way to delay to just past it?

It wasn't worth it to stay, even tho yeah I did miss out on the vesting stock. But I wasnt willing to miss out on a better job for the stocks.
