A lady came through drive thru today, you could tell she was already in a bad mood, and she had asked me if we had our red cups yet (which I said no, because we don’t) and then she asked about the holiday iridescent cups, and asked if we had any left. But our first day of getting the new holiday tumblers and cups, a lady came in and bought almost our whole stock. I told the lady we were out, and she got beyond pissed at me, and was blaming me for not having them in stock. She told me she was gonna call corporate about it as well. Like, I’m sorry, but I can’t help what we keep in stock, there’s other Starbucks nearby and it wouldn’t hurt her to check those if she desperately wanted this cup. I really don’t understand customers way of thinking sometimes.
