Definitely empathize for the job you are applying for. Honestly for a server job, I think I would tend to stress barista skills more than shift ones.
Now I’ve heard, but have no personal experience, that banks love shifts, because of the money managing experience.
Regardless of what job you apply for, you always want to emphasize the most relevant experience you have to what you are applying for.

I’ve worked as a server/bartender for like 10 years so I can probably offer some insight. Point out that you are very good at multitasking, thrive under fast-paced situations, like to always be doing something (cant just stand around), you’re a team player and used to coordinating with different team members, say that you’re skilled at communicating with guests and strive to deliver the best service possible.
Use these on your application and in your interview and you will 100% get the job.

Honestly for a server position I think “shift supervisor of a Starbucks” is about as much of a description of the job duties they would need
