282*** here and i quit about 6 months ago. I haven’t realized how stressful Starbucks was until i quit. Found a new job after quitting that pays the same, but now i get to enjoy my lunch, no longer feel the constant tense feeling of stress at work, and I don’t feel burnt out after a shift
Don’t settle with Starbucks. there are better jobs out there, and a lot of places are hiring. I work more hours now than I did at starbucks and I still have enough energy to spend time for myself and focus on school.
I might not get free markouts and spotify, but at least I am happier now. You deserve better.

I just put in my 2 weeks the other day, it’s my 4th time quitting but this time is for real because I kept changing my mind when they would offer more money but I’m totally done being treated so unfairly, proud of everyone who realized they deserve better and left!!!

This is so incredibly true!!!I was a 186**** and I finally quit right before Thanksgiving last year.That was the best decision I ever made.I actually have a real work/life balance now.No one calls on my day off.I may not make nearly as much as I did at the bux but having piece of mind was worth the trade off

I got fired after 3 years of working there for benefits. I work at an office job and my boyfriend can’t stop telling me how much less stressed I look. It really is a world of a difference.
