There should be a way to save crazy drinks for regulars (self.starbucksbaristas)

This lady comes in every day and orders a
venti caramel frap:
Double cup,
Two scoops venti ice,
No whip,
No drizzle,
7 pumps frap roast,
6 full pumps caramel,
2 pumps classic,
Triple blended,
4 pumps cream base,
1 pump coffee base,
single
It literally takes FOREVER to ring up. I wish I could just search her name and it would save it.

She can’t customize it that much in the app. Literally more than half the stuff we have to write in ask me, so she doesn’t have that option.
In theory an ask me button for customer would be great, but good lord would it make everything so much worse in reality.

Great idea in theory, until 9/10 “ask me” is VSSCF or extra caramel drizzle or 4 shots espresso over ice “filled all the way with oatmilk” and it’ll just be more of a pain in the ass for baristas to explain over. And over. Why we can’t do free up charges for everyone

I had a nice regular with an odd order who couldn't remember all of it every time so I suggested she take a picture of the sticker to show the cashier (or read to the drive through I guess? We weren't a drive thru.)
