ANY possible way I can become a SSV before i turn 18? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey, so my manager is fully onboarding with me becoming a shift and I'm siked, but apparently theres a rule that you can only be one if your 18+. Is there ANY way to be one earlier? I recall seeing some reddit post a while ago that someone who was 17 became one with DM approval. But idk!!!! I'm like 10 months away so 😫😫 any ideas? Or is it entirely impossible?

Yeah probably not since if you’re an SSV you may have to stay later than 10pm some days and during school hours you can’t work during certain times of the year. Just a real pain in the ass availability-wise.

Other than availability since you deal with money and deposits and other legal documents it’s 18+, store manager is I believe supposed to be 21+ (at least in my area)
