Yeah I would call law enforcement too. Maybe buy yourself like a hidden camera and placed it jnside your car and try to record everything that is going on outside. If the person comes back and do it, you’ll have them on film and give it to the cops

the footage? unfortunately you do need to get law enforcement involved to review any footage from the cameras, at least at every store i’ve been to
