Will they fire me if I do a no call no show for one of my shifts. I’ve seen my other coworkers do it before and still keep their jobs. I really needed a day off and they would have never approved of me calling off today.

No call no show is never acceptable. You deserve to get fired and I hope they do. It’s disrespectful to your shift and the rest of the team. If you would have called we could have tried to get coverage. So will they fire you? Probably now. Should they? Yes.

Seeing as I break my back for that fucking team I would hope not but if they do, oh well.

The decent thing to do is call in. They can see if anyone can stay late/come in early even if no one can cover all of it or at least make a clear plan for the shift. Letting them have to deal with it without any warning is going to cause a lot of avoidable stress. Call in.

Tell them you're throwing up, you can't work if you're throwing up

Call off, if you need it off they can’t say no, your health comes first just let them know please. It lets other prepare for you not being there, especially shifts because we need to plan where to put people for the play
