Yes, for my previous food service job I was required to get the hepatitis A vaccine. And when I went through my orientation at Starbucks I was asked if I have it. It’s not uncommon and mandatory in some cities or counties across the US.

It's a once in a century/lifetime pandemic of a deadly virus, and yes, if you went to school, proof of vaccines was required in your past, it is not new. This is just the first time it is because of a novel virus/pandemic. Consider yourself lucky.
Many companies have decided they need to provide safer workplaces if we are going to recover from it (notably Tyson, after horrible outbreaks at meat packing plants sickened and killed many of their workers and devastated our meat industry). Not to mention that if we do not reach a certain vaccination level variants and increased deaths are almost guaranteed (see India and the Delta variant, which developed rapidly during unchecked spread, when there was little vaccine availability).
If you have a legit medical exemption (not an Aaron Rogers made up one to try to save face), you won't have an issue. If you simply don't believe or care about any of the above, therein lies YOUR problem in understanding why it's happening, and yes, find a job with a smaller workforce so less people are endangered by your selfishness. Starbucks isn't here for it, and that's a relief.
