2 espresso drinks-
Milk, queue shots, pump syrup, cup on machine. Next milk, queue next shots, pump next syrup, cup on machine. Finish drink 1 then repeat!
Let’s say 1 espresso and then an iced tea/refresher- milk, shots, syrup, on machine. Fully make whole iced tea/refresher and lid and then come back to espresso bar.
Espresso and a Frappuccino- milk, shots, syrup. Make frap and blend. Finish espresso drink and start next espresso milk syrup shots. Finish frap and back to espresso bar.

What I do to ensure I can have the highest drive time with I’m on bar is using two or three steaming pitchers and two shot glasses because I can swap milks after one is steaming and I’ve learned that the key thing is ALWAYS queue shots first and steam milk first because you’re wasting that couple seconds just pumping syrup when you still need to wait for shots and milk anyways, so always do the things that take time and as that’s going, pump your syrups.

When i’m on bar by myself i’ll make a drink(following the sequence of steaming the milk, queuing the shots, getting my syrup etc) While it’s making i’ll pull as many stickers as i can so i can find drinks to pair. For example if i pull a chai latte and an americano i can make them at the same time. I’ll pour pitchers for two-three drinks at a time so that way i can just instantly swap like for like. (take old milk off and steam new milk etc) If i get cold drinks then i’ll get a hot drink going and then turn over to cold bar and work on the ones i have there. It’s a lot of going back and forth. Sequencing is a lot of just memorizing and muscle memory. You’ll get there! If you have any more questions let me know
