Let’s not attack this person or their account but tbh…I used to be a barista and when I saw this I got kinda sad cause maybe their music player wasn’t working so they couldn’t play Taylor Swift. Ours would not work. Like there’s many things that should be considered before reporting baristas to corporate.

I think they could have handled it better, especially for swearing. But the other stuff? Idk man like…there’s some things here that might not be the fault of the baristas such as maybe their manager never informed them of this promotion due to being understaffed and holiday promo
