Hello everyone, I went to an interview on Thursday and was offered the job on the spot. I was told by one of the managers to check my email and the background check would be sent to me there, but I still haven’t gotten anything yet. She also said she’d contact me on Monday with more details, should I just wait through the weekend to see if it gets sent and let her know on Monday if it hadn’t? I don’t really know what to do, is this something that usually happens? Should I just continue to wait? Who is the check run through so I can try to make sure I haven’t missed an email. Is it different with every store?

Once the SM sends you to background check it prompts an email from Accurate Background to enter some info and approve. If you haven’t received anything by Monday let her know. Whenever I’ve sent someone through the background step it usually sends an email within 10 minutes or so. Also check your spam box

The background checks are taking forever right now. We hired someone and it took over 3 weeks to get there background check back. If you call accurate background they can give you the status of your background check and you can also request them to send you a copy so that way you know when your background check is complete.
