I just became a trainer and I’m training a new partner starting Monday. Can someone tell me what the trainer pay is or how it works? like is it differently Pat for those shifts or is it just an added bonus we get?

I believe you get $75 after training is complete but only after the partner has stayed for 3 months.

it’s a $75 on check “bonus” per trainee. but i do believe there are even contingencies to that now, sadly. :/
