this is likely!!! pick up a support brace from a pharmacy and start using it if you can, rest it as much as possible, and do stretches!!!!

definitely a thing. could even be repetitive strain injury. i’ve had several coworkers need corrective surgeries for this very reason. try to take some time away from the bar, if possible.

I started to get tendinitis in my elbows from bar! What helps me is using a tennis ball to roll over my joints after a shift

Same exact thing. September 320, on bar a lot with no previous experience. Found out I was really good, my elbow hurt like a mfker. It went away after about two weeks. But exercise it and get a brace
