Am i the only one that hates the DPM app? (self.starbucksbaristas)

its too slow and unresponsive for the skeleton crew we have working. the check box is too small, when i click it, i expect it to respond instantly so i can move on to the next drink. the swipe barely works, it breaks sequencing. it was a mistake to add this to my already unending list of bar tasks and whoever thought it was a good idea should work in a barely staffed store

i love the dpm but only if theres a designated handoff person that knows how to use it, otherwise it’s a waste of time because it never gets updated

It’s a waste of time when the person on bar has to use it too.

We can’t even open it. I don’t know if the iPad needs an update or what but every time I try to open it comes up with a system error screen. Think when the Wi-Fi goes downs and you try to access the time clock. Then the iPad freaks out for 10 minutes.
