So today my coworker and i were arguing about drive thru times. She kept saying the screen where you bump the orders off of affects the drive thru time, even though our system automatically tells when a car has left the drive and updates ur time by that. I thought the screen was just to keep track of what was at the window and what still needed to be handed out. Am i wrong? And when i calmly said “i don’t think it works like that” she walked out and left in the middle of her shift?
