Is it super annoying when Uber eats drivers say they have a mobile so you look for mobile and can’t find it because it’s not a mobile!
Or when a mobile order person just says mobile without telling us their bloody name!
Day three or Taylor Swift music all day? I like T but goodness

Or what about the rude ones that shove their phone in your face and get impatient when it’s not ready or made priority after the customer had *just* placed it. Or the ones who want to have you talk to their customers on their phone when they ordered something your store didn’t have.
Édit: i have this reoccurring driver that’s s o rude man. Everytime she comes she grabs the deliveries (when we’re actually able to pack them) and knocks over x amount of drinks in the process, doesn’t tell anyone or say anything, checks her shoes and walks out and then does it again the next time around.

Pro tip you can give the drivers bad ratings from your store tablet. Bet I go in the order history and thumbs down people regularly and smash that unprofessional button when they’re being an ass.

We baristas have to look out for each other. The siren may thing we are punching bags but I do what I can for any sort of karma. It’s a good feeling and those ratings can get them suspended if it’s habitual. If I can’t yell at screaming Karen you can’t yell at meeeeee

Additionally: Why are we baristas having to take the extra steps and time to package up an order for Uber Eats drivers? Those drivers are the ones getting a tip for their time and not the Starbucks baristas who prepared the food/beverage. The worst is having to do this during peak.
What’s all of your opinion: Should the delivery driver be responsible for packaging up their orders?

Yes. They need to provide their own bags. Our bags are trashy and flimsy and look so cheap with those idiotic stickers. Bring back the UBER Valentine's Day bags! Now that's a bag that was actually sturdy.

I’d rather just not have deliveries. ESP Frappuccinos

Nah, I just ask “ what’s the name?” and keep it moving.
