I tried to order a dark roast coffee w stevia and heavy cream. When you modify and add heavy cream the first option is a splash (tsp-tablespoon). You go into creamer a second time you can add an extra splash of creamer which I interpreted as 2x (2tsp-2tablesppons). When I picked up my venti was cold, and the label says: Ex Heavy Crm 3/4. I am guessing some how it’s either 3/4 cream and 1/4 coffee based on temp and texture or 3 parts cream to 4 parts coffee. So how do I order to get 1 ounce or less cream and my coffee to still be hot?
