When customers look at their drink that clearly says their name and order and still stop me to ask in the middle of a rush to ask if this is their drink as if I literally didn’t just call their name. I just stop, stare, and ask “well did read it?” Or “Does it have your name on it?” And then continue as if nothing happened. One thing i cannot stand about this job, is people refuse to read signs, and ask stupid questions. Like your question could literally be answered if you just…idk…read? Anyways, still gotta use my over exaggerated customer service voice to make those passive-aggressive customer connections. 🙃
