how much would an ssv in summer 2022 after the raise to $15? (self.starbucksbaristas)

hi all, i started about 2 months ago and i was asked by my assistant manager if i was interested in becoming a shift this summer. how much would shifts make after the raise?? thank you!!

It really depends on location. I think shifts make about $4 dollars above what baristas make

So…in the letters they sent out, shift pay will always be 27% above barista base pay

At my store it would be $17 but if you’re there for more than two years it’s $23

The barista>shift pay difference is 17%. The pay rate depends on the area you live in

It’s 27%, not 17%. So if baristas make a minimum of $15 then shifts make a minimum of $19.04 across the board

My manager said that it’s 27% more than baristas which checks out with the current rates so like 19.27
