who can i contact to appeal transfer denial? (self.starbucksbaristas)

i'm looking to go above the DM level because my DM is the one who actually denied my transfer request without even consulting the SM of the store i want to transfer back to. (super retaliatory & i've already contacted ethics and compliance ab his behaviour & specific actions toward me).

I’m actually really curious about how it went for you contacting ethics and compliance. I know someone going through the EXACT same thing and I wish I knew how to help and encouragement them more…

wow that’s actually so crazy to hear that someone else is experiencing something like this. it’s awful. as of yet though i have not heard anything and am planning on following up today.

the reason was literally a petty non-reason- it was basically that i’m not allowed to transfer back period.
