So I was recently told that when people ask for no ice in a drink, to hit the “add dairy” button to charge for the extra liquid that fills the cup. Does anyone else do this or know if it’s the correct process?

Um I don’t think that’s the proper way to do it but my store manger did say that technically let’s say someone gets a passion tango lem with light ice then you should put extra passion tango base and extra lemonade on the till so it can count for it inventory wise
