So I just got hired at starbucks. I had my orientation two days ago but I still don’t know the next time I work or my training schedule? I wasn’t assigned a trainer that day so i’m unsure. My manager said she’d text me to let me know my training schedule and she had asked if I was available or the next three weeks and I told her I was. I checked the schedule website and there is only one 4 hour shift for two weeks from now? I’m not sure if I should ask her about it or just wait. Has anyone had a similar situation?

Normally you don’t start training until two weeks after you’ve been onboarded.
This allows the manager to add you to the next schedule that they’re currently working on which is two weeks in advance.
Edit: you should definitely talk to your manager just to clarify
