You can do it yourself on your own till. You can also do it on someone else's till, it'll just ask for your numbers and pin before opening the drawer for it in that case. Functions -> paid out -> partner mileage -> enter the dollar amount you calculated. Write it in the back of the book, put the receipt into the envelope. I usually write the recipient's name and destination on the receipt too, but no one ever said I have to.
