I’ve seen so much negativity in recent time in my store, and just in general, and I want to spread more positivity among all of us because we’re all in it together. What’s something you like about your store? Doesn’t have to be positive about the company itself, just any little thing you like.
I’ll start… we recently regained indoor seating at my store, and the bar got rearranged so now I get to have my buddies sit at the bar while I’m working, which is a huge boost to my moral throughout the day.

I love getting to take home pastries to have at home, the bagels are great in the toaster.
Also P.S.A for those who haven’t tried it yet…
Cinnamon raisin bagel + cream cheese + agave = the most delicious bagel combo… until they bring back the bantams with the vegetable cream cheese.

I just started working at Starbucks and its the first time where my hard work and fast learning has been appreciated and even gotten me a promotion in my first week. also I love my co-workers so far

Those are all great, but I think No3 takes the cake because views are an amazing thing when you’re in a place for so long at a time. My store is on a waterfront and it has a bridge that runs above the entire area, a short walk to the bridge gives a view of the entire area from in the air, not to mention the river and mountains around to look at, and right now we’ve got Christmas decorations on the stores so there’s loads to see.

I like that my SM doesn’t GAF about dress code as long as it’s not crazy and we have a headband/hat. Also, we are currently doing “partner of the week” in the cafe and it’s really nice to introduce ourselves to customers

I love that me and the customers are able to have a conversation about the littlest things in life,. One customer got me a handmade sleeve for a hot cup and I cherish it to this day 🥺
