I'm a rehire and unfortunately didn't take advantage of my bean stock before I left (being with company 2.5 years) now I've been back for what will be a year in December.
How do I take advantage of the bean stock benefit? Like how much do I know I can cash out, also what should I be doing to make sure I am able to reap the full benefit of them?
I just set up my account and I'm lost lol, can someone help your boy out?

If you were hired by May 1, you’ll be granted stocks this November but you have to wait a year to get half of them. If you were hired after may 1 you’ll be granted stocks next November. If you have fidelity 401k it should show up there

Okay I’m pretty uneducated on how stocks work lol so that means I can cash out or save them? Or put it elsewhere?

Save them unless you really need the money. They'll grow in value as the company grows.
