You got through it! I can totally relate having done ovens, register, back to ovens…no one else here to help?! Please?! One thing I do is try to find something positive to bring to every interaction if only to keep myself feeling sane and human and less of a robot. You got this. Talk to the shift and tell them 7 hours straight is not sustainable in one spot. I hope it gets better!!
