I love being able to wear a pronoun pin at work, at my last job, people were homophobic af so I never bothered to tell them I was also trans

My last job I actually quit in great deal because of homophobic slurs and being followed to my car. Third shift life was awful. The partners at my store are really good about it honestly, although one of them continues to call me sista, and I'm trying to find a polite way to tell her that that is honestly one of the most painful to me really🤢
