Don’t be too hard on yourself, bar just takes time to get good at. It took my shifts about 2 and a half months roughly to comfortably keep me on bar without needing someone to assist me all the time

in due time. it’s not fair of them to expect so much of you from 3 weeks; it took me about 3 months to finally be giving the choice/option to do mobile bar. don’t feel shitty because you are trying your best. bar definitely needs that muscle memory, i say ask them to put you on more? or to be put on during slow times. keep pushin and prove those mfs wrong!

I wasn't on bar for the first 6 months besides making my own drinks. It's not about being an inconvenience so much as it's we have to get stuff done and peak isn't the time to learn. Are you working during your stores busiest hours?
