Do cold brews count for red cups? (self.starbucksbaristas)

ASM just told me they don’t count as handcrafted beverages. my store has never posted the weekly update anyone have the info. i’m specifically talking about irish cream and pumpkin cold brews.

Those two cold brews count, since they’re holiday & fall drinks respectively. No other cold brews count.
Any cold brew is considered a handcrafted drink though, that’s why they’re at the 150 star level. Your ASM is being silly.
