Totally spaced it was red cup day. I did a mobile order and showed up 15 mins later to a sea of people waiting for their orders.
There was only 1 barista against a horde of people for that red cup and their order.
45 mins later I get my drink that was jacked and no red cup.

I’m finally free. Today makes me wanna leave the company the entire time we had customers yelling at us bc the app gave them an estimated time of 10 mins when we were an hour behind on mobiles we have to call our sm and dm to beg then to turn off mobile all wall being told me are incompetent and the saddest part of all we only made a total of $13.67 in cash tips by close. Someone even threw a drink at our baristas :) and I have to go back tomorrow 😭😭 this is exact why places are short staffed

Omg that’s sooo sad , I know exactly what you mean about the app saying it would be ready in 10min we were also backed up like 30min … then telling them it’s a wait and them still complaining at 10min where’s my drink.. we aren’t short staffed but the new hires are pretty much calling out and don’t want to work

Lol yes many times actually. My store doesn’t get hit hard for launches since we are small town but this was a shit show.
