This lady told me I made her drink perfect 😐I think it was the 13 Splendas that made it “perfect”

every time i open the stevia i somehow manage to *inhale it through my mask* and it’s the worst feeling ever. well, behind the giant gust of espresso air when i flatten a big 5 lbs bag to roll it up like a chip bag and stick it back in the bar cabinet.

This lady ordered a grande ice coffee with..and I quote “20 raw sugars”. Not stirred and with a straw 😷 she wanted that crunchy coffee.

almost as bad as this girl this morning who wanted a caramel macchiato with 28 pumps of caramel 😭 and she wanted vsc instead of milk

I do 1 pump of Classic for every 2 sugar packets when I’m not feeling it.

Ever since we've run out of honey blend they resorted to honey packets. Then after the honey packets ran out, agave. They never just get something else. They just say, "-oh that's fine, can I get it with 10 agaves then?"

My soul dies every time I hear it during peak.

may i introduce our morning regular, venti pike with 20 splendas and steamed crem. or 20 stevias. sometimes 20 splendas AND 20 stevias. and if he’s feeling spicy he orders 2 of the same.

There’s a regular who through our drive through and gets 16 sugars for his pike!

I see your sugar packets and I raise you honey packets. We had a regular who would order a trenta iced green tea with honey packets. Not the syrup, the *packets.* She would tell us every time she ordered that she did not want the honey syrup, that we HAD to use the honey packets. REAL HONEY DOESN'T DISOLVE INTO COLD LIQUID!!! Nightmare that girl was.

once someone asked me for a coffee with 15 sugar packets on the side and got mad at me for leaving room…

3 sugars should be the limit since I can rip through them at once, any more and they should do it themselves

we have a lady that gets a pour-over of whatever we have brewed so it's 'fresh'

I don't freaking get it a lot of your drinks all ready sweet why ask for more sugar I wouldn't!

Used to have a customer who got 14 packs or stevia (which we never went thru fast enough so it always clumped at the button of every bag, resulting having to beat the SHIT out of each individual one. During peak 🙃)

oh my lord, one of my regulars comes and orders a grande pike with, I shit you not, TWENTY raw sugars in it. sometimes she orders two at a time. DTR and one of the other baristas always go straight for the raw sugars and starts ripping into them as fast as possible before she gets to the window. idk how anyone can stand anything that sweet to begin with, let alone how they think ordering either TWENTY or FORTY raw sugars at a time is not the most massive inconvenience on earth for the baristas? shes a nice enough lady but every time I see her I swear I panic and pray she's only getting one that day

Used to have a regular that got 2 flat whites , each with 15 packs of equal

we ran out of honey blend. then we ran out of honey. so customers are just getting water and lemonade in their honey citrus lol i will not be putting agave in there

We have a regular that gets 12 packets of honey for the honey curry us mint and another that gets 12 stevia . Every. day.

I had a regular who would come every sunday: venti pike with cream and 8 Splenda, venti pike no cream with vanilla 9 Splenda, and a trenta iced coffee 8 Splenda.

i’d rather have a customer order a drink with 10 sugars than a drink with honey packets

maybe my hands just aren’t buff enough but no shot you can open those without scissors. praying we get honey blend back

Before I worked at Starbucks I worked at Dunkin and there I had a woman who asked for a medium coffee with cream and THIRTY SIX SUGARS. I hand it off, she sips it and says “…….🤔 hmmmmm, not 36. Can I just get a handful on the side”
