You would call Sedgwick and make a claim. I’m also on leave right now and it was very easy to do and the workers are very helpful. But the payout is only 66% of what you’ve made over the past 6 weeks ( I think?) so that may not be enough for everything. You might wanna look into the cup fund or other options to make sure you have enough money to hold you over until you can work again.
