I was asked to be a barista trainer 3 months in. It’s going to be hard in the beginning but it gets easier with each trainee! Just make sure you explain everything and tell them why we do things that way we do them!

It’ll be hard if you don’t know how to work with all types of workers. There are going to be people who catch on quick and then there’s the people who forget something you just told them. It takes a lot of patience since what we do on a daily basis requires a lot remembering tedious things . I think you will do good ! Just remember that everyone is going to be different and it’ll be tough training certain people
