My mental health hasn't been that great and I want to stay at Starbucks for as long as I can to take advantage of the CAP but is it worth it? I want to switch my major to graphic design but feel like the stress of this job isn't worth the damage to my mental health. I've left the company two times and come back and each time it's worse. If it were more of what it used to be, I think I could manage. But what is your experience with CAP?
