i just get it extra hot and then the cold foam bc i like the consistency of cold foam and then the hot vs cold when you drink it, idk i just like it a lot

at my store when someone asks for a hot drink w cold foam we have to let them know that we can do it for them but the temp difference can promote bacterial growth in the milk and make sure they’re ok with that before we do it

Ok, I repeated back a chai creme frappuccino.
"No I don't want the cream!"
You... want me to add coffee to it?
"No."
Oh so no whipped cream then.
"I want whipped cream on it."
Well then what are you trying to order? I cannot understand how we got here. Eventually I just rang in a chai frappuccino and she got it and left without complaining.
