Apologize if this seems redundant but I'm super relieved! This is was my first interview and it was really nice to be offered the job on the spot. I went to the wrong store at first and the manager interviewing me laughed it off, it was really nice and super chill it felt like I was just having a normal conversation and it didn't feel awkward at all! I just submitted my background check so I'm waiting to hear back, any advice before my first day?

Having just finished training, remember that there is A LOT of information that will be thrown at you. Remember to be kind to yourself because you will mess up, but you will learn your store and your coworkers I’m sure will help you out whenever you have questions. Don’t be afraid to ask and good luck!

Congrats on getting the job! I’m a very new partner (~1.5 months) and this is my first job, so I was super worried about the interview. This job can be really fast-paced and stressful, but remember that your coworkers will have your back and will most likely remember the feeling of when they first started, and be more than happy to answer your questions. Best of luck friend!
