Someone needs to call that partner’s SM and tell them to pull in reins on that barista. Unacceptable that any partner would do this to other partners. I assume none of them were ground so it’s not as severe but still, my god.

i don’t think that’s the core of the issue here. it’s not that it’s difficult, but it’s the pace of the job and how demanding it (and it’s consumers) can be.

Y’all are tripping for thinking this isn’t a big deal. As a partner, they should have known to at least call ahead to let them know should expect to have 60 pounds of coffee taken off the shelf. That affects that stores inventory, meaning it affects their customers who come in angry that they can’t buy their own coffee, meaning it affects the baristas who have to put up with the angry customers.

Furthermore, that partner going to another store to do all this proves that they knew they were wrong.
