My gut says that asking him out while he's working is not the move, that's too high-pressure and he can't remove himself if he wanted to. But I think it would be ok to slip him your number with a "if you ever want to talk more, text me!" That way he can engage you outside of the customer service environment, on HIS terms. He does sound like he might be into you, good luck!

This sounds like a really good middle ground.

Do not! As everyone else said on your other post, it’s more than likely to make him uncomfortable because he might feel like he can’t say no.
In general, asking anyone out while they’re working is a bad idea.

In my single days I’d just pass my number and not make it a big deal.

I would try and become friends first and don't ask him out while he is working.

I think giving him your number is the way to go! That way he doesn't feel pressured on the off chance he isn't interested (unlikely) :)

Do it! Just don’t do it while it’s super busy cuz that might fluster him a bit more. Good luck! Let us know how it goes :-))
