Starbucks does not give a raise for your partner anniversary. In the past what they have done is give a raise between 3-5% at the end of the year but because we got a raise in October they will not be doing that this year. In January all partners that have been with the company for 2+ years will be getting a small percentage raise but you will not qualify for that because you’ve only been here a year. In the summer the pay goes up to a $15/hr minimum. Depending on what state you live in your actual pay will vary. If your state has a higher minimum wage you will probably make a little more than $15/hr. My state has a minimum wage of $7.25 so our barista would just get the $15/hr. But places like CA or NY have higher minimum pay so their baristas would probably get more. This is something your manager should discuss with you when we get closer to the raise.
