Hello all!
I frequent my local Starbucks 3-4 times a week. I’m a bartender/server and I make sure to tip BUT I can’t help but notice our local store has been getting its ass kicked every day since Red Cup Giveaway Day.
I was wondering if there was any sort of policy about guests bringing in treats for the staff? I’m sure my own tips get put into a pool and everyone takes home a quarter or something from it and I really want to do something extra (without spending a thousand dollars that I don’t have).
So, I guess, baristas: what would you want a “mobile order” regular to bring you? Cards? Cookies? Capri Sun? Open to ideas; I just want to know they will be useful and/or welcome :)

So this is really sweet at my store we have a older lady that does this for us all the time she brings us a bunch of different stuff such as little brownie bites bought from the local grocery store or just bags of various candy! Thank you so much!!! I’m sure your baristas will love whatever you decide to do

I have worked in stores where customers bring us home cooked, full holiday meals for the folks working. Baristas are always hungry and really not excited to eat sbux food on Thanksgiving. Bring treats, they will be so thankful!

I'd say make sure it's pre-packaged just because you never know peoples allergies. But they would definitely appreciate it I'm sure!

My store has a bakery in the same parking lot and the baker gets a kind of extravagant drink almost every day (extra vscf, extra caramel drizzle in a trenta, lots of specifics) we don't mind anyways but he brings us treats from his bakery and they are entirely appreciated. Sometimes cookies sometimes donuts, recently cannolis. A lil box like that seems nice to me! Wouldn't be that much either. Thanks for noticing the struggle, friend. ❤️ So many are blind to it.

On Christmas some regulars used to bring homemade fudge. It was delicious. Store bought is totally fine too. Try and find something everyone can enjoy, we have a couple gluten/dairy intolerance at my store, pretty common. Thanks for being kind.

i have a regular that brings in bags of different cookies (caramel crunch, chocolate, vegan ones, oatmeal raisin etc) from the grocery store nearby so i’d say anything that’s non perishable and that’s easy to grab a bit from while storable on its own would be great

we have a couple who are regulars come through our drive through and give us munchkins from dunkin they’re super sweet :)!
