today i had a woman call, ask to speak to a manager, and then she proceeded to explain how she asked for a frap with affogato shots and then was upset to see that the shots were just sitting on top of her drink 😳 (self.starbucksbaristas)

Not saying she wasn’t in the wrong cause she was, standard is half foam for Starbucks, but maybe she expected cappuccinos that other coffee shops do which has a lot less foam than Starbucks
