What’s your favorite and least favorite customer interaction? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ll go first, my favorite is when they come up to me during peak in bar just to tell me I’m doing amazing, and they really appreciate me. My least favorite is when they order at reg and stand at my bag going is that mine? Or no I don’t want oat milk. Bitch this isn’t yours!

Favorite is all our hardcore regulars. The ones we recognize everytime they come and even start their drinks before they order, if we have the chance. Which there are many of.
Off the top of my head, the overall least favorite is "14 Sugar Barb". Lady comes in all the time (thankfully not everyday) to order a Trenta black tea and a refill with 14 sugars in each. Fucking FOURTEEN SUGARS. IN EACH ONE. That's not really the worst of it. She's always a bit of a bitch about it. Her teas have to be done the EXACT right way she wants it or she becomes a major passive aggressive twat. It doesn't come across in writing. You really need to be there to expereince it.
