Happens every time. Usually on a Sat when we don't have our regular customers. I strictly work dt and I repeat, ask, do all that I can....and still have issues . My favorite is when they think Grande is a large.( cause hello Starbucks that's the definition of large) and they get to the window and they are like " this is a large?'"
